Key Responsibilities

• Ensure children's physical safety is maintained throughout every moment of your shift
• Create and maintain a safe play and living environment free from hazards
• Respond swiftly and calmly in case of any accident, illness, or emergency
• Monitor children's health and report concerns to parents promptly

Nurturing Care & Development

• Encourage children's learning through supervised play, reading, and educational activities
• Support children in developing good daily habits and self-care skills
• Provide consistent positive encouragement and gentle guidance
• Adapt activities to the child's age, interests, and temperament

Routine Management

• Follow the family's established schedules for meals, naps, baths, and learning time
• Assist children with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Accompany children to school, parks, or activities when requested by parents

Environment Maintenance

• Keep children's rooms, playrooms, and shared spaces clean and organized
• Ensure the environment stays child-safe
• Store toys, books, and learning materials in an organized manner

Professional Conduct

• Wear CareOff uniform; maintain neat and professional grooming
• Give parents detailed updates each day about the child's activities and mood
• Limit personal phone use and stay fully attentive to the child
• Respect family rules, preferences, and household privacy

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female candidates eligible
• Must communicate in English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Nurturing, responsible personality with a genuine fondness for children
• No Child Caregiver experience required-CareOff provides full training
