Key Responsibilities

• Provide steady, high-quality care to your assigned child or elder
• Serve every meal and refreshment on the family's routine schedule
• Manage dressing and grooming for children in childcare placements

• Offer a supportive arm for elders moving through the home

Home Environment

• Return each space exactly as you received it
• Keep high-use areas free of trip hazards
• Escalate safety or maintenance issues immediately
