About the Job:
CareOff is hiring compassionate and responsible Eldercare Companions to support senior citizens with daily activities, companionship, and emotional care at home. This role requires patience, good behavior, neat grooming, and the ability to speak English, Hindi, and Telugu .

Work Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support to elders
Ensure elder safety at all times
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the living space
Follow family instructions and daily routine
Report emergencies or health concerns immediately
Use mobile phones only when necessary during work hours
Eldercare Support
Assist with grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Help with walking support or wheelchair assistance
Provide medication reminders
Assist during meals and hydration
Accompany elders for walks or hospital visits if required
Engage in conversations and activities to reduce loneliness
Maintain a calm, respectful, and caring environment
Professional Behavior
Grooming: neat and clean appearance, daily bath, trimmed nails, no strong perfume, proper uniform
Communication: speak basic English, Hindi & Telugu, be polite and respectful, provide regular updates to family members
Behavior: patient, trustworthy, respectful, no arguing or gossiping, protect family privacy and elder dignity
Timing: punctual, follow assigned schedules, inform in advance if delayed

Male or Female
Must speak English, Hindi & Telugu
