Key Responsibilities

• Follow family-defined meal, nap, and activity schedules

• Prepare and serve meals appropriate to the elder's dietary needs
• Provide attentive companionship and emotional support throughout the day

Home Environment Management

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas used by the person in care
• Keep living spaces safe, organized, and comfortable
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the family promptly

Professional Conduct in the Home

• Wear the CareOff uniform at all times during work hours
• Limit personal mobile use; remain focused on care duties
• Communicate respectfully and regularly with the family
• Honor household rules, privacy, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female candidates eligible
• Must speak English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Comfortable working within a family's private home
• No experience needed-CareOff's free training program covers everything
