Key Responsibilities

Flexible Family Care

• Assess and respond to the daily care needs of the household-child, elder, or combined
• Build comfortable relationships with all family members you serve
• Adapt your care approach based on who needs the most attention each day
• Serve as a reliable, consistent presence the entire family can depend on

Child Care (As Required)

• Supervise and engage children in safe, age-appropriate activities
• Assist with school preparation, meals, and daily grooming routines
• Keep children's spaces clean and organized
• Follow meal, rest, and activity schedules set by parents

Elder Care (As Required)

• Assist elderly family members with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and provide medication reminders
• Offer emotional companionship and attentive daily engagement
• Keep the elder's environment safe, comfortable, and clean

Household Support

• Maintain general cleanliness in care areas throughout the home
• Help keep the home organized and functioning smoothly
• Coordinate care needs across the household and communicate proactively with parents

Professional Conduct

• Arrive punctually and in CareOff uniform
• Maintain confidentiality about all family matters
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all family members
• Follow household guidelines set by the employing family

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female applicants eligible
• Spoken English, Hindi, and Kannada proficiency
• Adaptable, flexible, and warm personality suited to family environments
• No previous Family Caregiver experience required-CareOff provides full training
