Job Overview

CareOff is hiring trained Babysitters across Hyderabad. We place certified female companions with verified families in Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur and Jubilee Hills and surrounding areas, matching you with a home close to where you live.

As a CareOff Babysitter you look after infants and young children inside their own home while the parents step out or stay occupied. Every booking is hourly, so you know your start time, your end time and exactly what the child's routine looks like before you arrive.

Families book Babysitters at short notice for evenings, weekends and work hours in Hyderabad, and CareOff handles your training, certification, uniform and placement completely free of charge.

Key Responsibilities

Child Supervision and Safety

• Watch over infants and young children with full attention for the entire booking
• Keep the child engaged with age appropriate play, books and quiet indoor activities
• Follow the nap and sleep routine exactly as the parents have set it
• Serve prepared meals, snacks and feeds at the times listed in the child's routine
• Help the child with dressing, grooming and daily hygiene during the shift

Play Area and Handover

• Tidy the play area and put every toy and book back where it belongs
• Leave the child's room looking exactly the same as when you walked in
• Give the parents a short, clear update on the child before you leave

Professional Conduct

• Wear the CareOff uniform for the full duration of every shift
• Keep personal phone use to a minimum and stay focused on the person in your care
• Speak to the family openly and respectfully at all times
• Follow household rules and keep everything you see inside the home private

Working Hours and Service Type

This is an hourly role, not a live in role. You are booked for a fixed number of hours in a day, usually two to eight hours per booking, within CareOff's service window of 7AM to 10PM. You arrive for your slot, complete the routine you have been briefed on, and go home at the end of it. Most companions work six days a week and know their schedule in advance.

CareOff is a professional caretaking service. You are placed only with families we have verified, and your work stays limited to the care duties agreed for your booking.

Placements are open across Hyderabad, with the highest demand in Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur and Jubilee Hills. Tell us your locality and we will match you with families nearby so your travel stays short.

Incentive Structure

Your monthly salary is only the base. CareOff pays for reliability and good service on top of it:

• Overtime Bonus: extra pay for every hour you work beyond 48 hours in a week
• Sign On Bonus: a one time joining bonus paid after you complete your first placement
• Google Review Bonus: bonus pay each time a family leaves you a positive Google review
• Festival Day Working Bonus: additional pay for shifts you take on festival days

Requirements

• Age: 18 to 36 years
• Female candidates only
• Must speak English fluently, with Hindi or Telugu an added advantage
• Willing to work hourly shifts within the 7AM to 10PM service window
• Comfortable working inside a family's private home
• No prior experience needed, CareOff's free training covers everything
• Candidates already in Hyderabad and candidates moving to Hyderabad to join us are both welcome
