CareOff is hiring women as Childcare Assistants for its Mumbai expansion, supporting working parents in Worli, Lower Parel, Andheri, and Goregaon. You take the daily load off parents-routines, readiness, meals, and supervised play-with professional polish.

All work is hourly and pre-scheduled inside our 7AM to 10PM window on rotational shifts. Clear duties, clear hours, and your day ends with the booking.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare Assistance

• Assist the child's routine end to end within your session
• Dress and groom children so they are ready on time
• Serve meals and snacks at fixed routine timings
• Supervise play, study, and rest as parents direct
• Watch the child's safety without a moment's gap

Home Environment

• Return every space to exactly how you found it
• Keep the child's toys, clothes, and books organized
• Flag anything needing attention to parents quickly
