CareOff is hiring female Senior Care Companions for its Mumbai launch-a premium role serving senior citizens in verified homes across Colaba, Dadar, Chembur, and Navi Mumbai. You provide one-on-one companionship and emotional support that transforms a senior's day and reassures their family.

This is a professional, hourly-based service between 7AM and 10PM on rotational shifts. Fixed visit durations mean you arrive fresh and give the senior your absolute best, every visit.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Companionship & Support

• Provide attentive companionship and emotional support throughout the visit
• Share conversations, newspapers, stories, and the senior's favorite pastimes
• Serve meals and refreshments suited to the senior's routine and preferences
• Remind the senior of medication schedules and track daily comfort
• Support safe movement within the home

Home Environment

• Maintain every space so it looks the same before and after your service
• Keep the senior's living areas safe, organized, and comfortable
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the family promptly

Professional Conduct

• Wear the CareOff uniform at all times during work hours
• Limit personal mobile use; remain fully focused on the senior
• Communicate openly and respectfully with the family at all times
• Honor household rules, privacy, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Age: 18-36 years
• Female candidates only
• Must speak English, Hindi or Marathi comfortably
• Comfortable working within a family's private home
• No prior experience required-CareOff's free training program covers everything
