Key Responsibilities

Senior Companionship

• Be a steady, comforting presence for senior citizens in their home
• Engage in conversations, shared activities, and gentle recreation
• Accompany seniors on approved walks or outings
• Celebrate milestones, respect traditions, and honor the senior's preferences and dignity

Personal Care for Seniors

• Assist with daily personal hygiene: dressing, grooming
• Provide gentle mobility support: walking, navigating stairs, wheelchair assistance
• Help seniors with toileting needs respectfully and with full dignity
• Prepare and serve meals suited to dietary and health requirements

Health Monitoring & Support

• Remind seniors of prescribed medication schedules
• Observe and report changes in physical health, mood, or appetite to the family
• Assist in scheduling and attending health-related appointments as directed by family
• Monitor the senior's environment for safety hazards

Home & Environment Care

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the senior's personal spaces
• Ensure a hazard-free environment appropriate for limited mobility
• Report any maintenance, safety, or health issues to the family immediately

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional appearance in CareOff uniform
• Keep senior and family affairs strictly confidential
• Communicate regularly and empathetically with family members
• Be reliable, punctual, and fully committed during work hours

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female candidates can apply
• Good English, Hindi, and Kannada
• High degree of patience, warmth, and comfort working with elderly individuals
• No prior Senior Care Companion experience required-CareOff trains all new hires
