You care for children during structured hourly bookings within our 7AM to 10PM service window on rotational shifts-typically 2-8 hours per session, after which you return home. Professional service, professional hours.

Key Responsibilities

Child Care Duties

• Keep children safe and supervised every moment of the service
• Lead fun, age-appropriate play, games, and storytelling
• Help children with dressing and grooming for their day
• Serve meals and snacks per the child's feeding routine
• Follow the family's nap and rest schedule exactly

Home Environment

• The home should look the same before and after your service-always
• Keep play areas neat and free of hazards
• Inform parents of any concerns straight away

Professional Conduct

• CareOff uniform worn through every service
• Personal phone kept aside; the child comes first
• Open, respectful communication with parents
• Household rules and privacy honored fully

Requirements

• Age: 18-36 years
• Female candidates only
• Must speak English, Hindi or Marathi comfortably
• Comfortable working within a family's private home
• No prior experience required-CareOff's free training covers everything
