Job Overview

CareOff is hiring Caretakers to support families with daily care needs for children or elders. This role involves providing safe, respectful, and professional assistance while maintaining a clean and supportive home environment. Candidates should have good communication skills, neat grooming, and the ability to speak English, Hindi, and Kannada.

CareOff provides free training, certification, uniforms, and access to safe & verified job opportunities. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the child or elder at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the home
• Follow the family s daily routine and instructions
• Report emergencies or health concerns immediately
• Use mobile phones only when necessary during work hours

Child Care Responsibilities

• Assist children with dressing and grooming
• Play, read stories, and support basic learning activities
• Keep toys, study areas, and rooms clean and organized
• Follow meal, sleep, and activity schedules
• Accompany children to school or park if permitted

Elder Care Responsibilities

• Assist elders with grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Support mobility, walking assistance, or wheelchair use
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with meals and daily routines
• Offer emotional companionship and support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Professional Conduct

• Maintain neat grooming and wear the CareOff uniform properly
• Communicate politely and provide regular updates to families
• Respect family privacy and household rules
• Be punctual and inform in advance in case of delays

Requirements:

• Age between 18-30 years
• Male or Female candidates can apply
• Must speak basic English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Professional behavior and personal grooming required
• No prior experience required
• Willingness to complete CareOff training and certification
