Job Overview

CareOff is hiring female Child Care Companions as it launches in Mumbai, for families in Powai, Bandra, Juhu, and Thane. More than a caregiver, you are the companion a child waits for-the one who turns ordinary afternoons into stories, games, and laughter.

Sessions are hourly, booked between 7AM and 10PM on rotational shifts, usually 2-8 hours. Focused companionship with a clear finish time.

Key Responsibilities

Child Companionship

• Be the child's favorite company-play, chat, listen, and cheer them on
• Run age-right activities: crafts, board games, stories, and indoor play
• Serve snacks and meals per the child's feeding routine
• Help the child dress and groom with confidence
• Keep the child's safety front and center, always

Home Environment

• After the fun, the reset-home looks the same as when you arrived
