Job Overview

CareOff is hiring female Child Caregivers for its Mumbai expansion, serving families in Powai, Thane, Malad, and Andheri. You take charge of a school-age child's day-structure, safety, meals, and fun-inside a verified family home.

Work is booked hourly within 7AM to 10PM on rotational shifts, with most sessions lasting 2-8 hours. When the session ends, so does your workday.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Child Support

• Anchor the child's routine-study time, play time, and rest time
• Dress and groom the child smartly for school or the day ahead
• Serve meals and snacks on the family's routine clock
• Support homework, reading, and hobby activities
• Maintain uninterrupted supervision for the child's safety

Home Environment

• Restore every room you use-same look before and after service
• Keep school bags, toys, and books in their places
• Raise safety concerns with parents immediately

Professional Conduct

• Uniformed and professional at every service
• Personal phone parked; attention on the child
• Cheerful, honest updates for parents
• Respect for household privacy at all times
