Key Responsibilities

Engaged Child Companionship

• Be the child's primary companion, keeping them engaged, happy, and stimulated throughout the day
• Build a warm, trusting relationship that the child looks forward to each morning
• Understand the child's interests, learning pace, and emotional patterns
• Offer steady encouragement, affection, and positive reinforcement

Activity-Based Learning & Play

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities-creative arts, puzzles, storytelling, outdoor play
• Read books aloud, act out stories, and make learning engaging and interactive
• Introduce simple skill-building activities aligned with the child's development stage
• Keep a rotating set of activities to maintain the child's enthusiasm and engagement

Daily Care & Routine

• Help the child with morning routines-getting dressed, brushing, breakfast
• Follow family-set schedules for meals, snacks, naps, and rest
• Accompany the child to school, park, or approved classes when directed
• Manage the child's space-keep rooms, activity areas, and play corners tidy

Parent Engagement & Reporting

• Share highlights of the child's day with parents each evening
• Report any concerns-mood changes, minor injuries, appetite issues-promptly
• Receive and implement parent feedback on activities or routines
• Maintain open and transparent communication at all times

Professional Conduct

• Wear the CareOff uniform; maintain clean and professional grooming

• Be punctual and maintain a consistent, dependable presence

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female candidates welcome
• Good English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Playful, creative, and child-friendly personality
• No prior Child Care Companion experience required-CareOff trains and certifies all new hires
