Job Overview

CareOff is bringing its trusted babycare service to Mumbai and hiring female Babycare Companions for families in Juhu, Worli, Lower Parel, and Chembur. This role is dedicated to infants and toddlers-the families who need the gentlest, most attentive hands.

Every assignment is an hourly, scheduled service between 7AM and 10PM on rotational shifts with a defined duration. You give your best to the baby, complete the session, and head home.

Training, certification, uniform, and placement are entirely free with CareOff.

Key Responsibilities

Baby & Toddler Care

• Provide continuous, gentle supervision of infants and toddlers
• Serve feeds, milk, and snacks precisely on the baby's routine
• Dress and groom the little one just the way parents like
• Manage nap times with patience and soft comfort
• Stimulate the baby with songs, colors, and safe play

Home Environment

• Keep the nursery looking the same before and after your visit
• Baby-proof vigilance-small objects stay out of reach
• Update parents immediately on anything important

Professional Conduct

• In CareOff uniform for the entire service
• Phone stays silent and away around the baby
• Gentle, honest session updates for parents
• Full respect for the home's privacy and rules

Incentive Structure

Your salary is only the base. Add:
