• Be true company-talk, listen, laugh, and share the elder's day
• Join them in what they enjoy: reading, bhajans, music, puzzles, or light hobbies
• Serve meals, and refreshments on their familiar routine
• Offer gentle medication reminders per the family's schedule
• Walk beside them for safe movement through the home

Home Environment

• Leave the home precisely as you found it
• Keep the elder's favorite spots cozy and welcoming
• Alert the family promptly about safety observations

Professional Conduct

• CareOff uniform on for every visit
• Fully present-no phone distractions around the elder
