CareOff is actively hiring Caregivers across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. We place trained, certified Caregivers in verified family homes-matching you with a family close to where you live or in the city you choose to relocate to.

As a CareOff Caregiver, you provide personalized, one-on-one care to children or elderly members inside a private family home. Families across all three cities are actively searching for trusted, trained Caregivers-and CareOff places you directly with them.

CareOff handles your training, certification, uniform, and placement-all free of charge.

Key Responsibilities

In-Home Child Care

• Provide attentive supervision and nurturing childcare within the family home
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene routines for children
• Lead engaging play, reading, and basic educational activities
• Follow family-defined meal, nap, and activity schedules

In-Home Elder Care

• Assist elderly family members with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support safe movement within the home
• Remind elders of medication schedules and track daily comfort
• Prepare and serve meals suited to the elder's dietary needs
• Provide attentive companionship and emotional support throughout the day

Home Environment Management

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas used by the person in care
• Keep living spaces safe, organized, and comfortable
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the family promptly

Professional Conduct

• Wear the CareOff uniform at all times during work hours
• Limit personal mobile use; remain fully focused on care duties
• Communicate openly and respectfully with the family at all times
• Honor household rules, privacy, and confidentiality

Relocation & City Support

This role is available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Candidates willing to relocate to any of these cities are welcome to apply. CareOff provides:

• Accommodation assistance for candidates relocating to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai
• Meals covered during your onboarding and initial placement period
• Full relocation onboarding-we help you settle in before your first assignment

Candidates already based in any of these three cities can apply for placements close to their current home.

Requirements

• Age: 18-35 years
• Male and Female candidates eligible
• Must speak English and the primary language of your city (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi/Marathi)
• Comfortable working within a family's private home
• No prior experience required-CareOff's free training program covers everything
