CareOff is actively hiring Child Care Companions across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. We place trained, certified Child Care Companions in verified family homes-matching you with a family close to where you live or in the city you choose to relocate to.

As a CareOff Child Care Companion, you provide dedicated, one-on-one childcare inside a private family home. Families across all three cities are actively looking for trusted, trained Child Care Companions they can rely on-and CareOff connects you directly to them.

CareOff handles your training, certification, uniform, and placement-all free of charge.

Key Responsibilities

Child Supervision & Daily Care

• Provide safe, attentive supervision of children within the family home
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
• Lead engaging play, reading, and age-appropriate learning activities
• Maintain clean and organized spaces including the child's room and play areas
• Follow family-defined meal, nap, and activity schedules

Safety & Home Environment

• Maintain a safe, hygienic environment in all areas used by the child
• Keep living and play spaces organized and hazard-free
• Respond calmly and appropriately in any emergency situation
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the family promptly

Professional Conduct

• Wear the CareOff uniform at all times during work hours
• Limit personal mobile use; remain fully focused on care duties
• Communicate openly and respectfully with the family at all times
• Honor household rules, privacy, and confidentiality

Relocation & City Support

This role is available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Candidates willing to relocate to any of these cities are welcome to apply. CareOff provides:

• Accommodation assistance for candidates relocating to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai
• Meals covered during your onboarding and initial placement period
• Full relocation onboarding-we help you settle in before your first assignment

Candidates already based in any of these three cities can apply for placements close to their current home.

Requirements

• Age: 18-35 years
• Male and Female candidates eligible
• Must speak English and the primary language of your city (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi/Marathi)
• Comfortable working within a family's private home
• No prior experience required-CareOff's free training program covers everything
