Key Responsibilities

Assisting with Daily Child Routines

• Help children prepare for their day-dressing, brushing, and basic hygiene habits
• Assist with breakfast routines and ensure the child is ready on time for school or activities
• Follow structured daily schedules for meals, play, learning, and rest as set by parents
• Escort children to school, activity classes, or parks when instructed by the family

Learning & Activity Support

• Assist children with age-appropriate learning activities, play, and creative exercises
• Read books and engage children in storytelling and imaginative play
• Support school-age children with homework preparation and reading practice
• Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence through guided activities

Child Environment & Hygiene

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the child's room, toys, and study area
• Ensure meal and snack areas are clean before and after use
• Monitor the home environment for safety concerns and report them to the family

Health & Safety Monitoring

• Observe children for signs of discomfort, illness, or emotional distress
• Report health concerns to parents promptly and clearly
• Maintain a safe environment-no clutter, accessible emergency information
• Respond calmly and quickly to any minor accidents or incidents

Professional Conduct

• Report for duty on time in full CareOff uniform
• Limit personal phone use during work hours and stay focused on the child
• Communicate honestly and clearly with parents at the end of each shift
• Respect household rules, family privacy, and parenting preferences

Requirements

• Age: 18-30 years
• Male and Female candidates welcome
• Good in English, Hindi, and Kannada communication
• Patient, responsible, and genuinely child-friendly disposition
• No Childcare Assistant experience required-CareOff trains you from scratch
