Job Overview

CareOff is hiring female Baby Companions in Bengaluru for verified families in Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield, and Hebbal. A Baby Companion does more than watch over a little one-you become the friendly, familiar face their child, aged one year and above, lights up to see every session.

Visits are hourly on rotational shifts within the 7AM to 10PM window, usually 2-8 hours. Focused, joyful sessions with a clear finish time-then home to your own life.

CareOff trains you, certifies you, provides your uniform, and places you-all without charging you anything.

Key Responsibilities

Baby Companionship

• Be the child's happy company-play, sing, talk, and explore together
• Serve feeds and snacks on the family's routine timings
