CareOff is recruiting female Care Assistants for its Mumbai expansion, supporting families across Lower Parel, Worli, Dadar, and Bandra. You slot into a family's day and assist with the care of a child or an elder-practical help, delivered professionally.

Assignments are hourly services inside our 7AM to 10PM window on rotational shifts. Fixed schedules, defined durations, and your day ends when the booking does.

Key Responsibilities

Assistance Duties

• Assist the family's established care routine for a child or elder
• Serve food and beverages at the routine times the household follows
• Help children get dressed and groomed when placed with kids
• Deliver medication reminders to elders on the family's schedule
• Stay attentive and available through the entire session

Home Environment

• Leave the home exactly as you found it-every single time
• Keep the care area orderly and comfortable
• Report anything unusual to the family right away

Professional Conduct

• CareOff uniform is non-negotiable during services
• Phone use reserved for genuine emergencies
• Polite, prompt coordination with the family
• Total discretion about the household
