CareOff is hiring women as Care Companions for its Mumbai launch, serving verified homes in Bandra, Juhu, Versova, and Powai. A Care Companion offers what busy Mumbai families need most-a trusted person who gives their child or elderly parent genuine company and daily support.

All visits are hourly and pre-scheduled within 7AM to 10PM on rotational shifts. You give complete presence during the booking and then return to your own life-professional companionship, professionally structured.

Key Responsibilities

Companionship Duties

• Offer warm company, conversation, and emotional support
• Engage children in play and learning, or elders in hobbies and gentle activities
• Serve meals and refreshments on the family's routine timings
• Remind elderly members of medication schedules
• Accompany elders for safe movement around the home

Home Environment

• Keep the home looking unchanged before and after every visit
• Maintain a pleasant, calm environment for the person in care
• Share safety observations with the family promptly

Professional Conduct

• Every visit in your CareOff uniform
• Present and attentive-phone kept aside
• Gentle, respectful tone with all family members
• The family's privacy is sacred
